Order Cancellation

You can request to cancel your order after placing it. Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the order has not been processed or dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Refund Policy

If your order is successfully cancelled before it is processed or shipped, the payment will be refunded to your original method of payment. Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the order has already been shipped or delivered, a refund will only be possible in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged product, defective item, or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can verify the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per the situation.

Refund Not Applicable

Refunds will not be provided in cases where the product is returned due to customer preference, such as dislike of color, design, or fabric feel, as product images may slightly vary due to lighting and screen resolution. Refunds will also not be applicable if the product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
