Shipping Policy

We process orders after successful confirmation of payment or order placement. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details through email, SMS, or WhatsApp based on the contact information you provide.

Delivery time depends on your location and courier service availability. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, courier delays, or other unexpected situations.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout before you complete your payment.

Return Policy

We accept returns only if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product. If there is any issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Once the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation and product availability. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, design preference, or fabric feel. Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolution, and this is not considered a defect.
